How much do you charge for a mobile sign a seller closing document?
Within my own county $85-$100 = outside my county add $25 for extended travel
Seller packages are relatively small but CAN contain numerous notarizations - may also require same-day scanback for funding

Well, just be aware, I’m not advising that you or anyone else should charge that fee - I’m just saying that is my fee for that type of signing within my county - you may need more or may be willing to do it for less depending on your demographics.
God help me I don’t need to be accused of price-fixing…lol

Firstly please understand that the signers have been discussing your $200+ fee on their Closing disclosure for days before you arrive with the loan documents. So they are already fully aware of what your services are costing them. The sad fact that you’re being paid a fraction of that fee does not change a thing. The balance is what you are paying for the lead / advertising to the signing service that contracted you. If you want the full fee you must do your own advertising.
