Today, my business in the Arlington, Duval FL area suffered significantly due to a Xfinity service disruption, leading to approximately $350 in financial losses and putting a Remote Online Notarization (RON) order I had scheduled this morning in serious jeopardy. Uhh! When things happen that is outside of our control, we just have to move on!

We used to go through the same thing out here in the boonies when we had hughesnet. Ever since we hooked up with starlink we rarely lose our internet. Best investment we ever made out here as far as Internet is concerned the absolute best investment was the generator. LOL

Have you considered a separate hotspot from mobile or Verizon ? not the one on your phone but the little box that is separate ? I live rural and use starlink but I have a Tmobile separate hotspot for outages and it has saved my behind before. Just a suggestion , not chastising or talking down .
