Not only do I believe they are a scam, I believe they are using notaries to perpetrate fraud and steal identities. They asked me to do things that only a licensed real estate agent can do and then they asked me to obtain huge amounts of personal information but didn’t have a notarization or valid reason for obtaining the information and we as notaries are responsibile if we turn over info to a bogus company that we haven’t properly vetted. I am terrified this is the case. Oh yeah and THEY DONT PAY. They have a great looking website but as I understand it they are being investigated in several states and have complaints filed against them on a federal level.
They have sent me several requests recently but they are one of only a few on a no go list.
