Has anyone heard of doing a 60 page loan application that only has signatures no notary stamp, fax back all of it and never have to mail ship the docs back???
I just completed one today. I asked for a shipping label and was told I don’t ship the docs back. In all my many long years as a signing agent, have I ever encountered such a thing.

That is how most companies want it now. Almost every application that I have ever done, has been under the perimeters you described. Also picking up all pertinent information and faxing that along with the documents.

Yes - no unusual at all. The only thing I would suggest with this is once you scan it back, get a written confirmation that the ENTIRE package has been received by hiring party; once you receive that written confirmation, shred the app package - I would not suggest keeping borrowers NPPI in your files; keep only the written confirmation of receipt.
