That happened to me, as well. I emailed them and asked for the membership fee, and mentioned I didn’t plan on doing any more work for them. They did refund the fee.

I had a negative experience with this company. I have commented on the specifics on another post. As a matter of fact, this is the ONLY company that I’ve had a negative experience in over 20 years.
