Hello, I completed a signing for Prestige Horizons, LLC via signing order on October 1st 2024 and have yet to receive payment from them. I’ve left several messages via voicemail and emails with no response. Has anyone else experienced this issue with this signing service company. I have five star ratings with all the platforms I’m currently signed up with and to be ignored after completing the work is unfathomable. I’m having a hard time understanding this form of behavior when you need notaries to be successful. I have concerns that my time was stolen and there are no plans to pay me for this.
