Does anyone know the difference between Notary Assist and Our Records? Do they both do the same thing? I know how to use Quickbooks. Would that be a good program to use?

I think Our Records is just a place to store your credentials and share at will for a monthly fee. Notary Assist is a bookkeeping program that is set up for mobile notaries. Quickbooks keeps it all private…and you already know how to use it.
Your decision.

Looking at the “[Our Records](https://ourrecords.com/)” website it appears it’s marketed to corporations with a substantial workforce to keep track of employee records, and can also work with partner companies. It doesn’t seem like the sort of thing an individual would buy.
