Hello - I recently completed a signing for [notarygo.com](http://notarygo.com)

Currently all the emails I have listed for them are getting bounced back. See below:
[Clients@notarygo.com](mailto:Clients@notarygo.com)
[cssupport@notarygo.com](mailto:cssupport@notarygo.com)
[csupport@notarygo.com](mailto:csupport@notarygo.com)
[techsupport@signing-services.com](mailto:techsupport@signing-services.com)
[accounting@signing-services.com](mailto:accounting@signing-services.com)

The phone number 855-204-1204 that provides this email [cssupport@notarygo.com](mailto:cssupport@notarygo.com) does not have a live person answering just an automated machine that goes straight to voicemail.

1181 California Ave #175, Suite 401, San Corona, CA 92881 that’s the address I was able to locate. Anyone have any input as to where I can send my invoice it would be appreciated. I can’t believe I am going through another rabbit hole.

@Yanira04 _Just wondering_ if by any chance were you able to locate the immediately available information found within the **Notary Cafe** database on this business entity?

This information is a TREASURE TROVE of information!

Most members express that they find it _ **difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate** _ the **Search** **Function** in order to access the wealth of information available within the database that has been _ **generously** _ contributed by **your sagacious fellow business owners** over the years . . .

To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [_see below_] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.

I’ve performed a cursory **Search** on your behalf and the **[Listing of Threads](http://forum.notarycafe.com/search?q=%22notarygo%22)** results show **50+ separate** threads (_including yours_) about this particular business entity. Here’s a tip:

I have collected just under 200 signing services in my portfolio. I do two things with that collection. First, I routinely weed out the ones that are slow/no payors (over 90 days) and I never accept any orders from them again, no matter how tasty. Second, if I haven’t received an order from any one of them in 6 months, I move them to a “reserve” file and forget about them. They’re either gone, very low volume, have no signings in my region or may be bad guys. I keep this precious file as clean as I can so I minimize the chances of getting stiffed. My system has worked for me as I have written off as uncollectible less that $200 in five years of being a notary with over 2200 signings (mostly loan stuff) under my belt.

My advice is to set up a system, any system, that helps you track signing service performance so you maximize your revenues and cut your losses. Chasing after unpaids is a HUGE time consumer.

The terms you accept at [notarygo.com](http://notarygo.com) state they pay you on the 28th of the month FOLLOWING your assignment. So if you signed in August they aren’t late until the 29th of October. They even remind notaries to be sure to read the agreement before accepting it. There’s other information of use in the agreement also.

In addition, there is an “invoice” section under your profile that shows you the status of your payment. Invoices may not even be required.

That’s a long time to receive payment especially if it is just a two digit number. I think 45 days should be the limit. Anything more that is questionable especially if there is not a justification for the delay.

Just to clarify NotaryGo paid me for the assignment after 8 days. I thought I was answering another topic in regards to payments in general. This payment was shortly after this post.

Question about that invoice section. What does this mean?

First - I don’t like their website. I think it’s unnecessarily complicated. Maybe you have to click approve all to get paid? I don’t really know. I’ve only ever done one at a time for them. But I did get paid fast.

@Bobby-CA🥳 **Excellent!** 🥳 Mirrors the tenets & plan that I implemented almost two decades ago & that has served me very well.
