Closing was on 9/19. Emails bounce, website is down, phone calls not returned. Faxed several invoices, nothing. Called Fidelity National Title Insurance and they gave me a a number for the principal, Ismael Alvarez. Left a message there which was returned. Got a different email address which worked, sent another invoice. Let’s see if I get paid.
