I just recently renewed my commission in PA and would like to become comissioned in MD as well. I currently handle settlements in PA for a few MD title companies and would like to broaden my service areas. I am wondering if the notary laws are similar between the two states and if anyone has any tips for the process of becoming dual-licensed. Any advice regarding the TIPIC exam would also be appreciated!
