Can someone guide me on what I should charge for a prison visit?
When it comes to your fees for the notarized documents always start by looking at your state guidelines. Some states will allow you to set your own fees… others have a max amount you can charge per act. If your state allows you to charge for travel and service fees then I would calculate the amount based on …again what your state allows.

I am not familiar with FL notary guidelines but you can get caught in a lock down and not be able to leave for many hours so you should set an hourly fee for waiting time and let the client know ahead of time.
