@tsmiller512 Here is a direct url to a helpful post on the **Notary Cafe** forum:

**[PROFILE SETUP](https://forum.notarycafe.com/t/profile-setup/28920/2)**

```
**Also, did you recently update it?**
**If yes,** sometimes it can take up to _ **24 hours** _ to reflect changes as it populates across the **Notary Café** network.
```auto

```
**OR,** on the Ribbon above (starting with “ **HOME** ”) _left click_ on the **SUPPORT** tab and populate your data & query. The **Notary Café** team is helpful & prompt. Plus, they’ll have **all the accurate answers** for your question! 👼
.
That page also contains the **Frequently Asked Questions** [FAQs] section. It’s SO helpful!.
