Sorry to hear you didnāt get paid, Timothy! I was trying to hunt down contact info for you. When they hired you, was it via phone or via email? Did they give you any email address, contact name or phone number at QuickTime Notary? Is this their website https://quicktimenotary.com/ ?
I am skeptical of any hiring company who does not clearly post their business physical and mailing address and contact info on their business website. Those are huge red flags for me. Also red flags.. parts of their business business website that are incomplete and/or still have the āfiller languageā from the GoDaddy website template they used.
p.s. I found a company named QuickTime Notary LLC registered in Wyoming:

@TWalker Presumed you had the contact data (or you would have asked for help with that . . . ).
However, you may find these other threads on this business entity helpful in regard to invoice collection as well:
I completed a signing for QuickTime Notary service through Snapdocs, They were quick to respond to questions at first. I completed the signing and scanned the docs.
After I closed the order, the following morning it switched to āorder on holdā and it has been silence from them ever since, (this has been over a month).
I have emailed them, left numerous messages on snapdocs, called and left several voice and text messages. The text messages reflect that it was read so I know they are seeing thiā¦
I got an order from Quicktime Notary to get some papers signed for the law firm of Bachus & Shanker to compete a BARD signing. After countering the fee I was assigned the case to be done ASAP.
The phone number I was given was not in service, so I made that note in Snapdocs, left a message at the law firm and sent an email to Quicktime Notary after calling and only got a ringing phone with no answer.
I read through the instructions below and realized they wanted you to drive there without confā¦
23 years later and Iām still getting surprised that these signing agencies keep finding new lows.
Did a Philips CPAP Document Retrieval for QuickTime Notary that included instructions to proceed to location for a door knock letter if contact couldnāt be made. Instructions didnāt include any mention that payment wouldnāt be made or would be reduced if contact wasnāt made or I would have never agreed to the 2 hour drive. When I statused the assignment I received the following message: āYour orā¦
Hi, Quicktime Notary sent me a request to do a āBARDā signing starting with a $25 offer. I thought maybe it was a local single document signing where the low fee might make sense. Then they raised it to $75, $85 and finally today $95. I sent them a request to explain what a āBARDā signing is every time that they sent it. No answer back.I didnāt want to say Iād do it only to cancel if it was something Iām not willing to do for a low price and have snapdocs ding me. Does anyone know what it is andā¦

Donāt know if yours was for Bachus & Shanker but I got paid from Quicktime by leaving a negative google review on Bachus & Shanker for utilizing this guy. Bachus & Shanker didnāt like that and must have put the pressure on Quicktime because he contacted me and said he would pay me if I removed the negative review. I did and he paid.
