# Removal of Joint Action topic

This notice is to let users know that a previous thread titled "Important ! joint action against notaryspot / michael tomlinson " has been removed due to the posting of sensitive information.

We respect the right of users to openly discuss aspects of the industry that affect all of us. **However, this post contained the client details of some assignments**. At no time should a borrower’s name and/or location be used as an example without their permission. While some posts in the original thread kept this information private, there were multiple instances of borrower name/location sharing that violated this rule.
