Right now notary… has anyone ever heard of them? Good/ bad?

Also, can anyone give me pointers on a CEMA refi?

Name sounds familiar…never worked with 'em. CEMA is a NY-only thing, I believe.

I have worked with Right Now Notary on CEMA (Consolidation Extension and Modification Agreement) Loans. These types of refinances are a NY only thing I believe. It saves the borrower on part of the mortgage tax.

I’ve worked with Right Now on probably a dozen or so of these. They are excellent and very professional. Payment is prompt.
