How many notaries provide the shipping labels for the closing documents? ---

Never have. Shipping labels have been included in every package that I have executed. ---

Yesterday was my first time with that request, which I refuse to even discuss with them. ---

Have never been asked to do that and if I was I would decline. I’ve even been sent labels for corrections if I forget a stamp or something. ---

That is a no. I am not paying to ship docs for Title, even if they say they will include it in your fee. ---

_Once upon a time_….Title would provide their Acct. # and you had to fill out the label you scrounged from the drop boxes _because if YOU ordered labels thru your Fed/Ups Acct. and Title didn’t pay the bill, Fed/Ups would come after you to pay._ I have no idea why a company would want you to do that now… companies get HUGE discounts for volume (that we can only dream about). ---

No. If they want their documents shipped, they should provided the shipping information. These companies are asking too much. ---

In 6 years I have never been asked to pay for a shipping label. I have no idea what companies are requesting that because I have never been asked to do that. It’s probably super rare and a sign of who not to work for because they have no cash flow. ---
