# Successful Signings Still Not Paying

WHAT??? They can’t pay you because “The business grew faster than I was prepared for …” and “As soon as the money is available …”

That tells me Successful Signings is very busy. They have a lot of business. Why isn’t the money available? Rather than having plenty of working capital to pay notaries for their services, it would appear that company is spending the funds they receive from their clients on themselves. Not good. Poor management. Poor business sense. Poor public relations (as their no/slow pay schedule is posted all over social media and their clients the title companies are probably being notified by the NSAs). Given all this, just how long do they expect to stay in business?

They’re in my area. Glad I never worked with them – they never accepted my professional fees when I countered their offers.
