Any stories? Just came across a signing nearby but then I read in the instructions that Onfleet is required and also, you need “permission” to leave the signing table by contacting them and sending pics of the signed pages? Are they doing too much?

I’ve been asked before for pictures of a package before I ship it. Permission to leave the table - I had one who wanted a call when I finished and I turned that into a text when I finished.
I think many ridiculous requests are a result of their own negative experience with subpar resources.
Mortgage Connect does a sort-of tracking system with their app but it’s not too invasive. That sounds like a lot - and permission to leave the signing - Um NO! I’m not sitting around wasting 10 minutes for you to give me permission to leave when appointments are sometimes so close that 10 minutes make all the difference. I have had one service (Freedom Mortage perhaps) - that requires a call back to their closing department when the appointment has concluded - but that’s an “on the go” call.
What’s funny is, most of the apps have tracking if you download the app. If you have the mortgage connect - it knows when you are at the physical location. Same thing Signature Closers and bancserv. They probably all do.
