This hasn't worked for me

Okay… that explains it. Signing Services do better for LSAs in Escrow states.
I’m in Metro Atlanta. Snap Docs verified me in MARCH. I have a 100% response rate, and a “HIGH” rating next to my name… ZERO ASSIGNMENTS>???

Part of the reason for that is that Georgia is an attorney state.
Our hustle (and pay scale) is WAAAY different than in escrow states.
If I ever hit the LOTTO, I’m running home to Northern California in a NY MINUTE.

I am 5th generation Berkeley, California.
Born in Oakland, raised in Berkeley and graduated UCLA.
Too many heartbroken Californians and New Yorkers have fled to GA, to escape insane home prices, insane property taxes + standards of living that include detached housing; and deer in our backyards.

Keep going… Keep doing well. Happy for you.
I’m pushing in every direction; something’s about to BREAK WIDE OPEN for me too.

Where did you get your head shot done? Thank you.

Arichter’s posts reveals the long and the short of it all . . . Especially the following:

THIS is another reason why one should avoid accepting the entry-level fees. The onus is upon the business owner (the CNSAs) to accept fees that will result in at least some profit (more than covering overhead expenses) to pay the CNSAs for their time, but also to enable the business owner to endure the ups n’ downs of the cyclic business seasons in the Financial/Real Estate markets.
