Had a split signing, the wife with me on Monday, did it early enough to make same day shipping with no scan so the husband could sign the next day. Used a drop that gave a receipt.

Frantic message today WHERE ARE THE DOCUMENTS.

Then a follow up message, oh there are toronadoes I guess it’s stuck in Louisville.

Not my fault. But the real problem was, this was a complete re-sign of botched documents so the wife was super upset about having to sign again.

So it was supposed to fund yesterday from 4/13, but she re-signed yesterday and instead of today husband is delayed until tomorrow.

Sure glad I got that receipt.
