Exactly what is says. Usually a smallish pkg. as the Sellers have sold their property and so there is no loan…just a sale. But, often requires scans.

Texas seller packages are easy to handle. Texas buyer packages can be some of the largest (page count) in the business. Texas equity loans can be monsters and have special location restrictions to conduct the signing. Texas equity loans must be signed in a law office, lender’s office, or a title company.
