# Us signings -----\>\>\> fraud!

This company is a SCAM - I’d done a total of 6 singings since August 2022 and have not received payment. The phone number on file and online seems to be out of service and no matter how many times I email them my invoices, no replies nor payments received.

@sdsavvytax Sorry to read about your negative direct experience with this business entity.

I’m wondering if you **Researched** this business on the **Notary Cafe** forum prior to accepting your signings . . .

It’s always wise to _ **research & vet a new client** _ prior to providing a definitive confirmation to them for your initial Signing Order for them. A great start of research would begin within the **Notary Cafe** forums _ **Search Function** _.

Most members find it _ **difficult/nearly impossible to locate** _ the **Search Function** in order to access the wealth of info available within the database.

To be helpful, I’ve inserted an image for you & others [_see below_] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.

Accessing the database to locate info about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time ‘chasing’ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . .

I performed a cursory search of this business entity (_that has a horrific reputation on the **Notary Cafe** forum_).

There are at least 11 separate threads warning Notary Cafe members about non-payment.:
