What do you charge for combined buyer and seller closing?

For combined buyer and seller closing my normal fee is $300 for each property. If multiple signings at the same location I only charge $250 per:). Client save $50.

I don’t know what everyone else is charging but my clients agreed that my fee for this particular closing is reasonable:). They have no problem paying $250 for each property for 100% error-free and excellent service.

I’ve only had one (unless you count REOs, which are easy). Of course, I didn’t know both parties would be there until I got there and had to put my R. E. Broker hat on as neither party wanted to sign. Had to get title on phone and concessions were made ‘on the side’. As I was told it was Buyer side/cash, I definitely was underpaid.
