No information posted here about this National Closing Company out of Ohio. Info at Notary Rotary is really old. They are national now. Took an order from Snapdocs. First time with this company so I’ll see what happens.
Anyone ever worked for them?

@johnsonps306 No direct experience with that business entity.
Considering their extended history of Non-Payment for professional services successfully provided - a Signing Order [SO] originating from that business entity (regardless of the ‘platform’) would be a HARD PASS.
Their last known address is noted as:
5040 Pine Creek Drive, Ste. B, Westerville, OH
Please add the current business entity data & contact information from the SO to this thread. Thanks
.
I appreciate the feedback. I am going to retain the order and let you know what happens. I have that same address from their website and I have contact email for several employees. I didn’t see any reports of nonpayment newer than several years ago - so I’ll let you know.
@johnsonps306 Of course! It’s your business decision to make & easy to understand why someone may consider giving a business entity with that type of reputation a ‘second-chance’ if you have the excess funds to “let it go” if/when the invoice remains Unpaid.
Maybe the business entity has effectively & efficiently resolved the difficulties; i.e., technical, employee, cash-flow, etc., they were encountering previously that created the Non-Payment for the invoices of other professionals . . . Although, maybe not. Some do weave a very convincing tale . . . It’s a Risk that most choose not to take within their business.
Appreciate you keeping fellow Business Owners/Notary Cafe members updated on your direct experience as that will be helpful to them & to the business entity that is TRULY endeavoring to recover from difficulties.
.
Within my business plan, a single, anecdotal event would provide insufficient data to determine an appropriate Risk calculation. Each SO is a standalone ‘event’ and the corresponding out-of-pocket costs are directly linked to each individual SO, not spread over other SOs. ===>>> Margins are razor-thin & straightforwardly impact the status of sustaining a business (or NOT).
It’s been a successful technique to learn vicariously from the direct experience of others to avoid being burned via Non-Payment. I have noted that you have a history of not accepting the direct experience of others & find yourself in a disagreement status with those business owners whose invoices have undergone an extended history of Non-Payment.
As I often express:
In my professional direct experience, it’s best to not waste energy chasing payments from a business entity that has a history of Non-Payment - especially if it’s an EXTENDED history of Non-Payment.

It appears since they have gone National, they now use Vendor Pay via Snapdocs.
Which has been extremely reliable and fairly quick as payments go. Their email addresses are in their orders and the website has the officers all listed by name. I think it’s probable they have changed quite a bit since when they first started.
The National Service is called First Class Signers.
@johnsonps306 As we are unable to see your Signing Order [SO], would you please post the email addresses? Thanks
Also, your post above is unclear regarding their website url . . .
The business entity within the title of this thread is completely different from the name within your last post.
Do they go by BOTH names?
Or, they’ve converted to a new name?
Please post the website url & their current business entity name. This will be helpful to nearly ALL Notary Cafe members. They’ll appreciate your contribution.

worldclasstitle.com is the website. I don’t post title contact emails when there’s no issue. That’s just my policy. On Snapdocs it’s called World Class Signing Service. But the website is correct.
The “title” of my post was simply to indicate they’re in Ohio. It’s not part of the company name. I was curious if any notaries in Ohio were familiar with them.
I would definitely take work from them again. Very supportive.
I’m a little confused, johnsonps306. Were you hired by World Class Title or were you hired by First Class Signers? Typically, if you’re working directly with a title/escrow office, you should have no issue being paid. That’s working direct - no middleman i.e. signing service. I did a little research on World Class Title. I did find they’re registered as an LLC in Ohio. I wan unable to find them licensed with the Ohio Department of Insurance – not saying they’re not licensed; simply saying I was unable to find their insurance license under that namestyle.
Good luck and hope it all works out well for you. Please keep us posted.
World Class Title hired via Snapdocs. I didn’t mean to say First Class. In an email it said World Class Signing. Which made it appear they’re the same.
The website reflects two offices. LinkedIn says 15-50 employees. I am not concerned with getting paid.
FOR CLARIFICATION PURPOSES:
There were multiple names referenced by the OP for the business entity; however, there is only ONE name for this business entity and that is:
===>>> . . . WORLD CLASS TITLE
This is a Title/Escrow Company [T/EC] that is based in Ohio.
For an extended period of time (many contiguous years beginning in September of 2008) this business entity had an prolonged history of Non-Payment.
Research the internet & other signing agent forums for the details of their Non-Payment history.
It’s possible for business entities that are confronted with financial difficulties to successfully return to financial solvency.
If you make the determination that it’s worth the Risk associated with accepting a Signing Order [SO] from this business entity that has a longstanding history across the internet of Non-Payment for the services provided by professional signing agents [PSAs], please return here to provide your direct experience (good, bad, or indifferent).

Snapdocs is a company that allows signing companies to notify notaries of new jobs, and use their website to assign, upload docs, communicate, reminder, etc. on each order. They sometimes (but very rarely) act as their own signing company. They are only responsible for payment on its own projects, and the signing companies utilizing their services are responsible for their individual projects. I’ve been working with them for several years, and they have provided me with a lot of business. There are other companies like Signing Orders that provide a very similar service to both the signing companies and the notaries.
