Hi I’m Chandie . I have been commissioned since 2017. I began by focusing on Estate planning, last will and testaments , POA, Palliative care, medical directives, and disposition wishes. I did GNW only until I learned about Loan signing.
When I found out about loan signing, I was ALL IN!
It fits perfectly for me. My previous employment was over ten years as a property manager. They are similar is dealing with property and signing thousands of leases . I am trained in the Federal Fair Housing Act. I enjoy connecting with my community and making what can be a stressful or emotional time easier for the client. Connecting with my community and client is paramount. I enjoy this job immensely for so many reasons.

In some of my other previous work I obtained skills to deescalate angry or upset clients and retain them as clients when something went wrong. I worked for the worlds #1 volume car dealership in CSI and retention. This taught me skills to deal with tense situations and rectify issues and keep the client happy .
I enjoy connecting with my community and building genuine relationships with clients . I excel with interpersonal relationship and have excellent attention to detail.
There’s nothing wrong with checking once , checking twice, then setting aside so when you check a third time your brain can catch what may not have the first two gos , the signatures, the initials , the check boxes. Then before you leave the table checking again. Everyone makes mistakes, so it’s better to catch them before you make it home. My goal is to WoW the signers and the title and escrow companies with accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.

In my personal life I enjoy spending time with my family, dogs and everything my beautiful state of Arkansas has to offer.
