I agree with everything you have stated. A lot of seniors in my community and many do not have computers or understand them and the software. I believe should there be a lawsuit for RON signings, Notaries will be left holding the bag. RON signings are being pushed by sales departments for lenders, etc. I think more effort should be placed on creating universal notary laws instead of the current situation we have with each state having different laws. CA laws are too complicated and other states will not go with that flow. Lot to be decided.
