NORTC copies, sign all?

If there are 3 copies of a NORTC in a loan package, how many should be signed? Directions say “provide each signer with 2 copies of the properly Signed and accurately dated NORTC”. Should I have all 3 copies signed, return one with loan package and leave 2 with the borrower? And then they would also have the 3 unsigned copies in their complete copy of the loan.

Yes if the package says so. You should have all three copies signed and leave two copies with the borrowers and return one copy with the package. They wouldn’t need to sign the three copies in their package. If you further clarification contact the signing company or lender as they don’t mind questions.

And naturally title/lender want a signed one back…sooo

Signers sign and date all six, leave 2 for Signer A, 2 for Signer B, 2 signed back to title

If you have only one signer, I’d have that signer sign and date 4, leave 2 with signer, return two to title
