Did everyone get the e mail from Notary ASAP stating that they had to reduce what they pay to Notaries based on what Escrow Companies are paying? I don’t work with them but I am on their list somehow. Sooo our expenses go up and you send an e mail saying you are lowering your fees…very nice
First, it’s not ‘their fees’, it’s YOUR business/YOUR fees. Not our fault that they can’t negotiate a better deal with their clients. But, I do understand the problem–wish they did. Basically, you get what you pay for and, like anything else, don’t look for designer clothes at thrift store prices.
