After reading forums here and on other sites, I never took a job from them. Owner called to speak to me but was unable to convince me to take a job. Told him I did not work for their lousy fees and lousy pay. They continued to send me requests. I told them that I would file a can spam complaint if they did not stop emailing me. They stopped. I’m happy I never took any of their work. Notaries who take their work will ultimately be left holding the bag. Sooner or later they will file, it’s only a matter of time.
