Work in South Carolina

Anybody have ideas that they don’t mind sharing about work in South Carolina since it’s an attorney state

My understanding is that you can notarize anything EXCEPT loans. (Seller pkgs?–don’t know) Trusts require a few notarizations and people do try DIY with Legal Zoom. Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Hospitals–these are generally only 1 or 2 notarizations, so you need a ‘good’ travel fee (I don’t know what SC says about that, so do the research.) I doubt you can make much more than pocket money to start, but there are a few notaries in non-attorney states who do this quite profitably. Just a matter of finding your niche. Hopefully, someone in SC can share better info.

Ok thank you for your response.
