If realtors and signers don’t walk out of your signings saying something like “That was the smoothest / easiest signing I’ve ever attended” you might find it difficult to form profitable relationships with title companies. The bottom line is if you can’t make the escrow officers life easier then they don’t really have a reason to use you and keep using you.
