Thank you. It was just one signer and one notarial certificate, already included in the document. Texas state law said documents have to be complete so, ! declined the notarization.
I reviewed all the responses you received to your question, it seems to me by not putting a recipient on the doc he is trying to save money. He can pay you once and make several copies and fill in the recipient himself.
I never do anything just because another notary did it. There are a lot of notaries perfectly willing to be their licenses on the line. When in doubt, I always call the NNA for their opinion. Then I proceed with telling the signing companies and/or title companies, “This is what I know, and I just confirmed it with the NNA.” Sometimes, it suffices them. Other times, not, but I know I did the best I could.
