  • Research the Notarial Handbook for your State to make an accurate determination (your baseline to operate from)
  • Review the statutes, laws, regulations, etc. of your State.
  • Read the Confirmation associated with your Signing Order [SO] for any germane details/specific information regarding how the hiring entity has instructed you to have the documents executed utilizing a Power of Attorney [POA]
