It would be in your best interest to jot down all of the expenses associated with performing the services you provide within your service region to determine a baseline operating cost. Then, at that point, you can calculate the fees that will generate a netâŠ

Hello, I am piggybacking off of this previously closed (and very old) post:
I guess my question is the following:
I was presented with a will that needed to be notarized. There were 2 witnesses. Since Iâm notarizing two signatures, and TX law says $6 per signature and $1 for each additional, would I be charging $7 total? Or do you charge more for witnesses? I read on someoneâs website that they charged $20 for each witness. Could that be correct?
If I have a self-proving affidavit that needs to be signed by the testator and 2 credible witnesses, would the Texas allowed fee be $10 for the testators oath issuance only, despite the signatures being needed from the witnesses?
I am getting conflicting information online where it says I would not charge $1 for each witness since they are considered statutory witnesses vs me notarizing their signatures. Other information says I would be able to charge $1 for each witnesses signature. Just looking for some clarification. If you could point me to a reliable resource that would elaborate on why the fee would/would not be charged, I would greatly appreciate that as well!
This is what I want to do. I have a Tacoma that has an outlet so I can scan and print on my HP if the file is not too big. Sometimes it gives me an error and wants me to restart the printer. My Brother is a lot faster but the truck wonât even power it up. I thought about putting the generator in the back of the truck
