Hi Kina, if you are responding “not available” via a SigningOrder.com notification, did you know you can also scroll to the bottom and choose option to flatout BLOCK all future requests from that specific signing service?
If on top of the lowball offer, if the signing order requests also has 30 scrolls worth of instructions and details and notes and warnings… I find it exhausting.

The metrics are usually off. I get Vendor Score Cards from other companies and the math doesn’t add up. I shared my experience on the post about ServiceLink. I’m still in the dog house there for an error that I caught and corrected day of.

I concur with @johnsonps306 I too experience the same score card details, but I’ve definitely picked up more business again. I charge accordingly As in our area, they are on the lower scale of fees. I even questioned the error as that document was not even in the package and it was docked as missing.
In all my years and experience, I don’t ship a package unless I know it’s correct so I definitely take it personally if I’ve been docked

This time my bad grade came on after being scored N/A for the entire month of March which I thought was odd. Now they listed 4 orders with mistakes I honestly don’t believe were made. So this time I emailed them and asked how did you send me an email saying documents were approved to drop and then say in vendor grading I made critical errors on documents?
It doesn’t wash. Guess we’ll see if I get any more offers. I did a lot in March. Haven’t seen an offer in a couple of days.
