@rmevans5 As an Independent Contractor, the scenario is Bidding on potential Signing Order(s) [SOs].

Unfortunately, there are no guarantees.

Some Business Owners/Independent Contractors opt to NOT receive potential Signing Order(s) [SOs] from Signing Services [SSs] that proffer Low-Ball Fees.

  • Their perspective is that the interruption is not worth the time to counter and then not receive the SO anyway . . .

Others have the perspective to counter the proffered Low-Ball Fee with the hope of receiving the SO at a fair rate.

As a business owner, each person must decide what will work within their Schedule of Fees that they’ve created.
