As it’s (an awfully expensive) ‘MOBILE’ home, it’s possible the land is not included (like it’s in a mobile home park/lot is rented). Lots of possibilities…make lots of notes & keep 'em forever.

Elizabeth, No I did not sign anything as a witness
and Arichter, yes it is in a mobile home park. I did see something about rental space.
