Just lookin for honest feedback and please don’t be embarrassed on why you would do this. According to Servicelink, Notaries are lining up to do the $15 and $25 remote signings.. Honest question: how can you possibly pay your bills by accepting those? I have to renew my Identrust Cert today for $152. Just to cover that 1 fee I’d have to do 8 HELOCS to even break even without even calculating my time, device expense, monthly internet fee, E&O, FBI background chk… By accepting these closings at this rates, you are PAYING Servicelink to do their work!!! It makes NO SENSE!!! I just want to hear a valid argument on why people are doing it? All opinions are feedback are welcome.
