Keeping up with payments

Hi there! Yes, I’ve been using it, but just haven’t been keeping up with the payments that were going into my bank account, from the companies that aren’t using Vendorpay. I love all the automated features, but I just wasn’t being diligent and checking my bank account for AR’s. Everything is accounted for and nothing is outstanding. I’m keeping better track going forward. Thank you, though

This was my personal experience with National Paralegal & Notary (Velsa Holdings, LLC) When you accept an order from them through Snapdocs- they did not pay through VendorPay- they mail a check approx. 60 days after you have completed the closing. They don’t tell you that you have to complete and pass a Paralegal mini training prior to the closing; which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours. As a newbie I have accepted (2) ReFi assignments for Solidifi via SnapDocs and they were utilizing the VendorPay system. Each signing was approx. 200 pages. There were instruments that did not contain proper notarial wording AND was a lot of inconsistencies that seemed shady ie: several orphaned acknowledgements and a Jurat, that were not directly attached to a instrument.
