Exactly. Absolutely positively 100% agree. I am in Washington state. I do not accept tips and urge new Washington signing agents that I train not to do so either. Avoid even the appearance of impropriety. A quasi public official accused of accepting more than the fee (i.e. accepting bribes) is indefensible.
