I am also a Notary Signing Agent (NSA) for national and local lenders, title companies and signing service companies to close home loan documents with a Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) license in the state of Maryland.

I have two (2) years extensive experience in different types of loan signing services such as Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Purchases, etc. I am also authorized by the Secretary of State to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON) in the state of Maryland, as well as across the globe.
