Hi, I’ve been a Notary Public for 25 years. Over the past year I became certified through the NNA as a Notary Signing Agent. Since then I’ve done mostly Mortgage Refinances, some Buyer and Seller documents and a couple of Deeds of Trust. Most frustrating is all the printing of documents and later on also sometimes needing to scan/email them. I don’t really feel as if I get paid enough working with all these different signing companies. I do a lot with Signature Closers (when I happen to “grab” it quick enough before someone else does), and Express Notary. I just signed up with Snap Docs, but will heed the warning about not keeping other signings listed on there that weren’t done with them specifically. I use Notary Gadget to keep track of all my signings and find it easy to keep good detailed records. So that’s me I’ve found all these notary forums very informative!
