My name is Brenda, I’ve worked in the housing industry for 10+ years facilitating closings for a developer; however I recently became NNA & LSS certified in December and started my signing company.
My main goal here is to learn more about the industry and offer advice based on my personal experience.
What I have learned is because we deal with so many different companies, it is very important to learn each specifically because loan signings are NOT one size fit all. My struggle is getting the signing companies to take the time to familiarize the notaries with their clients paperwork, versus not sending them any more signings because they made a mistake.
