I have been in this business over 40 years, the past few years I have been averaging 35 to 40 closings a month, of all types, refinances, purchases, Reverse Mortgages, Modifications Auto Loans and private loans. Ive trained a few people and had them shadow me after they completed the course required. I was a paralegal in NY, and Realtor and a title closer so Ive done every aspect of this business. I have been mobile for about 25 years. I consider myself a professional and I really dislike when you have to go after a company for payment.
