I have been a notary since 2013, and have done very few notarizations. Two years ago, I decided to branch out into loan signings and I have done nothing with it but read up on articles and get my E&O insurance and prepare myself if I get any opportunities to do signings. I hold myself back because I am scared of screwing up.
