Gary lackey is the CEO of NC Notary Signing Agent LLC. Before Gary founded NC Notary Signing Agent he was in the mortgage industry for over 30 years. Prior to this Gary founded a mortgage bank that became very successful in North Carolina and he then sold the company to Bank of Granite located in the western part of N.C… He continued to manage the company as President and CEO for the next 10 years. He was responsible

for all aspects of the company’s operations , including marketing, secondary marketing, hedging of pipeline and all other day to day operations.
Gary attended Erskine College with a bachelors degree in business admin. and minor in economics.
His philosophy is if you can;t do it right then don’t do it at all. He believes in providing excellant service and guarantees all of his company’s work.
