My name is Jacob, I go by Jake most of the time. My wife and I are teaming up to grow this business. We know the market is soft, we are not quitting our day jobs. Now is a perfect time for us with a steady growth plan, versus sprouting out of the ground to quick and trying to grow in the harsh drought.

That said we are excited about becoming a Full Service Mobile and RON provider. The RON just happened a few days ago. Still researching the right platforms.

Carly has a back ground in Engineering and Project Management. The company she works for is a vendor for a large multi-state Energy Company. Her role spans over Several States and she handles it all from home with poise and grace. She will do most of the RON work when her commission clears and makes it’s way through the process. Until then I have all the credentials and training completed to fill anyone’s needs.

When I am not needed as a notary, I am an International Critical Care Flight Medic and travel the globe. I obviously have an ability for handling stressful situations and I am a people person. I spent 17yrs in the Fire Service, as a Command Officer, EMS Coordinator, Arson Investigator and Educator. My background enables me to keep people relaxed while I present material to them that may be new or complex. Delivering information in a way they can absorb and process. I have the command and presence to guide them through their forms. Calmly easing their tensions along the way. Affording them the opportunity to discover answers to many of their questions that by nature arise during the closing process.

We are both bonded and Insured, I am NNA Trained and Background Cleared. Carly and I have bought many properties over our lives. Real estate documents both selling and buying are not strange to us at all. We both have purchased or sold enough cars ti fill a lot, title and vehicle work is almost second nature at this point in our lives.

Avid car enthusiasts we own 4 vehicles. But we love animals too. 2 dog, 4 cats and a turtle. Our son is 22, engaged and move away but not far. He graduates soon with his Bachelors Degree in paralegal services. Maybe someday we will recruit him to the family business. We live our life on a little lake hailer in Hernando County and we love it!!!
