I’m a former loan officer who is now doing mobile signings as a part-time gig. The first couple weeks I was so busy I thought I might be able to go full-time, but now with the interest rate hike and the resultant slowdown, I’m going to just stay part time. I’m open to ideas how we can expand our business out of real estate, which as we all know is very cyclical.
