I’ve been a Notary & Certified Loan Signing Agent since 2019. I’m a mobile notary, that services Denton & Collin County. I’m willing to travel outside of those areas for an additional fee. I pride myself on being on time and making sure documents are notarized and/or executed correctly. However, if there are errors on my part I make sure I take the necessary steps to make the corrections ASAP. I have performed all kinds of notarizations. I’ve executed documents for refinance, seller, purchase, buyer, & loan modification real estate transactions. I have a laser dual printer and able to complete scan backs .I’ve taken multiple training classes and attended conferences to ensure that I’m able to perform my services to the best.
