I am a full time notary signing agent with over 1200 closings. I have experience closing refinances, buyer, seller, SBA, commercial, reverse apps/loans, HELOCs, inspections, wills and trusts.

Scanbacks? No problem and quickly. I have a mobile setup to print and scan from my car!

I also am available to provide general notary work such as DMV authorizations, POAs, oaths, wills, deeds, verification of life and other documents where witnessing a signature is required.

There is nothing more important to me than your signing. Being a signing agent means I show up on time, communicate, build rapport and ensure smooth and efficient signings.

With my IT background I can fix all of my own issues around software, equipment setup, maintenance and manage my business easily using online tools.
